Newbie to Meditation - I'm going to be honest, I'm completely new to meditation & didn't even really understand why people used it. I wanted to try something new & different so I gave the meditations from Keeping it Mindful a try.

I sometimes struggle to relax in the evenings when trying to sleep or shut off, I thought I'd try the evening meditation with an open mind. I could not believe it, the soft voice & story captured me & I felt my shoulders relax before I dosed into a great sleep.

The 4-minute meditation, I used when I was stressed at work on my lunch break. It helped me reset my mind & focus on what was in front of me & put my worries to one side. It was like your own little pat on the back saying "you've got this, keep going."

Definitely with a try to surprise yourself on how to change your mindset for the better.
